The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.
