These Offer Terms and Conditions (the “Offer Terms”) supplement the Terms located at https://www.awaytravel.com/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.

Prices: During the Offer Period, purchase any bundle consisting of a Bigger Carry-On Flex, Everywhere Tote and Cosmetics Bag (“Bundle #1”) and receive USD $100 off the total retail price of each Bundle #1, and/or purchase any bundle consisting of a Bigger Carry-On, Medium Flex, Everywhere Bag and Large Toiletry Bag (“Bundle #2”) and receive USD $150 off the total retail price of each Bundle #2 (each, as applicable, the “Offer”). The Offer will be displayed on the Site and will automatically be applied to each item prior to purchase. Sales tax, shipping and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.

Duration of Offer: The Offer will be valid from 4/25/24 at 10:00am ET until the earlier of (i) 5/12/24 at 11:59pm ET or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the “Offer Period”). Supplies are limited.

Eligible Purchases: Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site or at Away retail locations during the Offer Period. The Offer is not available for non-qualifying orders placed through other channels, including, without limitation, corporate gifting orders.

Shipping: Orders placed during the Offer Period may take 3-4 days longer (or more, depending on your order) to ship than the Terms currently provide.

Returns: Away’s standard return policy applies to products purchased during the Offer Period; however, if only part of the qualifying order is returned, you will be refunded the price of the item less the discount you received at checkout.

Offer Codes: Cannot be combined with other offers. You will be able to use (i) gift cards or (ii) any Referral Rewards in your account. Additional exclusions may apply.
