Do you offer bulk discounts?

As a direct-to-consumer company, we make and sell everything ourselves, which allows us to offer higher quality products at lower prices. It also means that we typically don’t offer sales or discounts. That said, pricing for our corporate customers is evaluated based on order size. Please fill out our inquiry form to learn more about if your order qualifies for corporate pricing.

Is there an product minimum for placing a corporate gifting order?

Yes. Our Corporate Gifting team can assist you with orders of 20 or more items. Please note that this product minimum also applies to corporate personalization.

If you’d like to purchase fewer than 20 items, you can place an order directly from our website.

Can you add my company logo to your product?

Absolutely! We offer personalization options to create a memorable gifting experience for your recipients. We offer logo printing on our suitcases and luggage tags as well as embroidery on our bags. We’d love to explore the possibilities with you.

What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders shipping to the contiguous US. We can ship your full order to one location or accommodate drop shipping to each of your recipients, free of charge. Have an expedited timeline? The Corporate Gifting team can work with you on feasibility once we have more details. Let’s chat!

Please note that because we ship with UPS, we’re unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

Do you ship corporate orders internationally?

At this time we are unable to deliver corporate orders internationally. We hope to make this option available to our international clients in the future!

Can you include gift notes?

Of course! Whether the order is a surprise or your recipient is expecting it, we’re happy to include a standard personalized message with each product, free of charge.

Do you provide samples?

We’re happy to provide a digital mock-up for personalized corporate orders. Unfortunately, we can’t provide samples. If you’d like to see the product before making a corporate purchase, please visit one of our stores.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards or ACH payment. We are unable to accept checks at this time.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges of items that were purchased as a corporate gift. However, our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that functionally impairs the luggage. If anything breaks, we’ll fix or replace it for you. Our bags, interior organization products, and Minis are all protected by a limited one-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues during your first year on the road together, we’ll fix or replace it. Do your suitcases have a warranty?

Yes—for life! Our suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage. If anything breaks, we will fix or replace it for you. If your bag includes a battery, make sure you keep reading!

The battery is covered by a two-year warranty. Get in touch with us by filling out the form at awaytravel.com/pages/contact if you need a replacement battery.

Since The Mini isn’t subject to the same wear and tear as our full-size suitcases, it’s covered by a limited one-year warranty. To learn more about it, read through the question below.

What about the warranty on bags, accessories or personal items?

Our personal items, interior organization products, and Minis are all protected by a limited one-year warranty, which means that if you have any issues in your first year on the road together, we’ll fix or replace it. Since these products are all designed to stay with you—or safe inside your suitcase—they won’t take as much abuse as your suitcase will, which is why they’re not under the same lifetime warranty.

Our Travel Beanie, Travel Scarf and replacement filters are not protected by any warranty.
