Battery troubleshooting
Here are some battery troubleshooting tips:
- Charge overnight and see if all one or four white lights glow or blink when the battery is plugged in. The lights should turn on when the small on/off button is pressed.
- Try changing sockets or using a different micro-USB cord and/or wall plug.
- If the battery is not in use for more than 10 seconds, the battery completely turns off to save power and to prevent overcharging. Try plugging and unplugging the USB cord and see if that helps.
If this doesn't work, the battery is covered by a thirty day warranty.
