When charging your battery, make sure that no devices are plugged into the other USB ports. The battery may be charged at 0°C - 45°C (32°F - 113°F) and may be used to charge other devices via the output ports at -20°C - 65°C (-4°F - 149°F). The charging and output ports must not be used at the same time. Both output ports may be used at the same time.
Your battery is under warranty for thirty (30) days. You can find all the details here. The thirty day limited warranty includes certain coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty or not covered by the limited warranty, you may contact us to request a repair or replacement of the battery for a fee. **Note: If you purchased your battery prior to October 5, 2024, your warranty can be found here.
Do not strike, hit or insert objects into the battery or any of its ports. If you see any bulging, leakage, or other abnormality from your product’s battery, stop using it immediately. The battery should be serviced only by Away. Batteries must be recycled or disposed of separately from household waste, in accordance with local laws. Don’t incinerate the battery or expose it to extreme heat or cold. Close supervision is necessary when the battery is used near children. Do not put fingers or hands into the battery. Do not expose the battery to rain or snow. Do not use the battery in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in risk of injury.
